Creating a Tech-Savvy Workspace: The Evolution of EisnerAmpers state-of-the-Art Headquarters.
Lead the technology implementation for the EisnerAmper office headquarters based in NYC, I oversaw the installation of cutting-edge features such as smart lighting, automated climate control, and advanced audiovisual systems. The goal was to create a workspace that employees would love to come to, without technology getting in their way. In addition to these technological advancements, I prioritized modern amenities and design elements that promote comfort and convenience at the workspaces for our colleagues. The result is a state-of-the-art office that fosters collaboration, innovation, and productivity, while providing employees with the tools they need to succeed.
Re-Engineering Service Management
Lead the re-implementation of a Ivanti ITSM platform paired with Moveworks chatbot to enhance our IT services. The project aimed to improve IT service delivery and drive efficiency by automating the resolution of IT issues. Facilitated the creation of a standardized process for incident, problem, change, and request management. By streamlining our IT processes and automating issue resolution, we were able to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Mergers & Aquistions
As a member of the integration team for mergers and acquisitions, I was part of the technology team responsible for ensuring a smooth technology transition as two companies become one. Involvement included configuring the new application stack, identifying critical systems and applications that need to be integrated, and working closely with stakeholders from both companies to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
In addition to the technical aspects of the job, I was also responsible for creating a white glove experience for the newly acquired firms. This meant ensuring that they feel welcome and supported throughout the integration process, with clear communication and guidance every step of the way.
